A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry

Joel Hall was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. He grew up attending Southfield Middle School, followed by attending and graduating from Loyola College Prep. He was recruited by the University of Arkansas as a football kicker, where he spent two years and was apart of the 2006 Capitol One Bowl team. He then found his way back to Louisiana, where he finished up his college career at Louisiana Tech University. There he also played football, and was apart of the 2008 Independence Bowl Championship team. He graduated from Louisiana Tech with a degree in finance. Upon graduating, Joel moved back to Shreveport, and he has been apart of the RE/MAX team ever since.
Joel's first year started off with a bang, selling his first house in just 4 days of joining the RE/MAX team!
At the start of 2011, Joel was nominated by Shreveport/Bossier's Women's Council of Realtors as 2010's Rookie of the Year. His 2010 transactions put him over a $1 million in volume, making him the youngest million dollar producer in Shreveport/Bossier.
With the opening of the newest RE/MAX office in 2011, RE/MAX Real Estate Services, Joel wanted to get in on the ground floor. Located at 9220 Ellerbe Rd. in Shreveport, RE/MAX Real Estate Services deals with residential, commercial, investment real estate, and manages over 300 invesment properties in the northwest Louisiana area.

When I list your property on MLS, that information immediately gets put into multiple real estate related databases such as: My website (www.joelmhall.com), www.Remax.com, Remax Real Estate Services' website, Realtor.com, www.NWLAR.com, and other agents websites that allow integrated listing sharing on their websites. I also use software that creates a custom website for your home and filters it into all the public property search databases for Shreveport/Bossier (i.e. Trulia, Zillow, Craigslist, etc).
2. I also have a business Twitter page (JoelHallRealtor), an ActiveRain profile which also allows me upload listings, and a LinkedIn profile. All of these are used to provide photos of properties, information on new listings, and my business activities throughout the week. They are also coupled with my personal Facebook page.
